Acceptance of Terms. By using https://speedygsroadsideservice.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Service Description. This Site describes Car Lockout Service, Fuel Delivery Service, Jump Start Service, Mobile Tire Service, Roadside Assistance, Towing Service provided by Speedy G's Roadside Service. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://speedygsroadsideservice.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Speedy G's Roadside Service or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

End of Use. Speedy G's Roadside Service may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

No Warranties. Speedy G's Roadside Service disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Limitation. In no event will Speedy G's Roadside Service's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Speedy G's Roadside Service from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Choice of Law. TX law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of TX, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
